At Bed Rock Customz, we take pride in creating custom-designed shoes made specifically for each customer. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final on Custom Orders

Because our shoes and products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed and production has begun. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom shoes due to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection by the customer

• Design preferences after approval

• Normal wear and tear

 

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, only if production has not yet started.

• Once customization or production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

 

Defective or Incorrect Orders

We will gladly address issues if:

• You received the wrong item, or

• Your shoes or products arrived with damage caused during shipping, excluding damage resulting from misuse, wear, or customer handling after delivery.

To be eligible for a resolution:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the issue

• Shoes or products must be unworn and in their original condition

If approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

 

Sizing Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct shoe or product size. We are not responsible for sizing issues once the customization process has begun.

• Gift cards

• Shipping costs

 

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
