Bed Rock Customz is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, authorized by, or officially connected to any footwear brand, apparel brand, or trademark owner, including but not limited to Nike, Inc., whose products or trademarks may appear on this website.

All brand names, trademarks, trade dress, logos, and product images are the registered or unregistered property of their respective owners. Any reference to such brands is made solely for descriptive and identification purposes and does not imply any relationship, approval, or endorsement.

First Sale & Independent Customization Notice

​Bed Rock Customz customizes lawfully purchased footwear and materials that have entered the stream of commerce prior to any modification. All customization, repainting, reconstruction, artistic alteration, or repurposing is performed independently by Bed Rock Customz after the original product has been sold by the brand owner. These modifications are material alterations made without the authorization, approval, or involvement of the original manufacturer or trademark owner.

No Association, Sponsorship, or Warranty by Original Brands​

The original brand owners:

  • Do not design, manufacture, approve, sponsor, or endorse Bed Rock Customz products

  • Do not provide any warranty, guarantee, or quality assurance for customized items

  • Are not responsible for the condition, performance, safety, or appearance of modified footwear

 

Any original manufacturer warranty or guarantee is void once a product has been customized.

Consumer Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk​

By purchasing from Bed Rock Customz, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a custom, upcycled, or repurposed product

  • The footwear has been materially altered from its original condition

  • The product is not an official product of any brand displayed or referenced

  • No brand affiliation, sponsorship, collaboration, or endorsement is implied or exists

  • You assume all responsibility for the use of customized footwear​

 

Limitation of Brand Liability​

Any claims, issues, or concerns related to customized products must be directed solely to Bed Rock Customz. Under no circumstances shall any original brand owner be liable for claims arising from the customization, resale, or use of altered footwear.

Designer-inspired fabrics used in our custom products are high-quality replicas or repurposed materials provided or requested by the customer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any designer brands. All customizations are made as artistic, one-of-one creations.
